HOLIDAY FINCA IN MAJORCA - Llucmajor
The house is located on a 10,000 m2 plot full of wild plants and fig trees at the foot of the Galdent Mountains. It is framed by bluebell trees and offers everything for a carefree break. In the village you will find a large variety of grocery stores, supermarkets and shops for daily use. In addition, there is always a large, colourful weekly market on Fridays. There are also many small restaurants, pizzerias and cafes, as well as a great ice cream parlour in the main square.
The distance to the airport is about 15 minutes by car (no aircraft noise); by the sea (Playa de Sa Rapita = beginning of the kilometer-long, white Es Trenc beach) you are in about 20 minutes. The capital Palma, with many historical buildings, the breathtaking Paseo Marittimo and a picturesque old town with a wide selection of shops (shopping) and cultural events, is easily accessible in half an hour by bus or car.

The Swiss couple, Simone Wenk and Jürgen Lanker own such a place, just 100 m away from the beach! It is the smallest hotel in the bay of Canyamel with just 6 rooms:
